Sean loves Winnie-the-Pooh. He also loves watching the Pooh DVD in the playroom downstairs on weekends. When he goes to school, he asks mom to put Pooh on the stereo (we have the "book-on-tape" version on the iPod). When it's time to go home, Sean asks for Pooh again. When it's time to sit down for supper, Sean wants to have a little background music.
You guessed it, Pooh again.
So mom has heard the Pooh story many, many, many, many times. But hey, if it keeps Sean happy...
For some time, Sean has had a little Cookie Monster figure that never left his hand. We went out and got backups, in case something ever happened to Cookie. Everything was fine.
Or so it seemed.
Suddenly, Sean isn't talking about Cookie so much - now it's "glasses". Which happen to be Pooh glasses. God help us if something happens to them. We have no backups.
Birthday #2 is coming, in case you needed a gift idea ;)
